"We need greater diversity in gender, age, ethnicity and thinking in the field. The more diverse we are, the more innovative we will be," Frankland says.
Both the cybersecurity and sustainability domains face challenges in attracting and retaining new talent, with 62% of security leaders reporting difficulty in attracting new employees and 55% facing issues with retention. The World Economic Forum is also taking notice of these concerns. To address these problems, it is crucial to implement modern processes that prioritize diversity, inclusion and sustainability.
