As a pre-trained large language model, it can provide executives quick access to relevant information on wide-ranging topics like industry trends, market analysis, and even information on competitor data. The early adopters of ChatGPT are digital marketing organizations, educational institutions, legal professionals and recruiters. Although the generative AI tool is in its nascent stage, it can immensely help businesses improve their customer service, reduce workload for employees, and increase efficiency and productivity.
