How Fujitsu's Kozuchi Platform Enables Safe Gen AI Adoption

Kozuchi integrates with existing technologies, mitigates risks and accelerates innovation to help businesses safely test AI models using their own data.
Fujitsu has executed more than 7,000 AI projects. Since 2019, the company has also delivered more than 6,000 AI-based case studies to clients across Japan, the United States, Europe and Asia. The company's notable advancements in the gen AI space include a gen AI platform for the retail sector, which creates personalized avatars to interact with customers based on their behaviors and preferences. In banking, Fujitsu has introduced gen AI solutions to streamline processes and enhance customer support.
