"Everyone is aware of AI and the need is identified. Now we are talking about how to operationalize it," said Ravi Maguluri, CTO - digital services, Sify Technologies Ltd.

For enterprises, using data insights for decision-making is imperative. Generative AI tools enable intuitive interaction through natural language, eliminating the need to know query languages. Though there is a growing trend of embedding generative AI into applications and services, a robust platform is essential to facilitate these capabilities.

"Sify's Infinit AI/ML platform provides the capability to get more insights into the data by democratizing AI/ML. This means you do not require data experts or data scientists to get insights from the platform," said Sushant Dubey, EVP and business head, digital services, Sify Technologies. "The platform simplifies the whole process of generating different models to interpret the data, and then it helps in forecasting and predictions."

In a video interview with Information Security Media Group, Maguluri and Dubey also discussed:

  • Growing prevalence of AI and generative AI;
  • Driving AI and digital transformations;
  • Sify's Infinit AI/ML platform solving business challenges.

Maguluri helps customers define their digital objectives to devise the right architecture and execution plans. He is responsible for service strategy and product road map for Sify CloudInfinit and InfinitDigital platforms that enable customers to execute digital engagement plans.

Dubey has more than 20 years of diverse experience in the information technology industry. He is leading the digital services business unit at Sify Technologies and works closely with customers in co-creating new-age digital-led business transformation initiatives.
