India's logistics industry is projected to reach $215 billion at a CAGR of 10.5% by the end of 2021-22. Advancements in digital technologies, changing consumer preferences due to e-commerce, government reforms, and shifts in service sourcing strategies are expected to lead to the transformation of the Indian logistics ecosystem. However, embracing digitization has been one of the most pressing needs of the industry, which was further accelerated during the COVID-19 pandemic.
