ChatGPT: Big Transformative Shift in Artificial Intelligence

Aleksandra Przegalinska of Kozminski University Is Optimistic That More Use Cases of ChatGPT Will Emerge
Aleksandra Przegalinska, associate professor at Kozminski University, Poland

Aleksandra Przegalinska, author of the book 'Collaborative Society' discusses potential future scenarios regarding open collaboration as a social phenomenon and the role of AI in it. The book is devoted to how AI can act more as a "teammate" in future work scenarios, which will need intense collaboration between humans and machines. Interestingly, her next book, which talks about advanced AI use cases in businesses, has ChatGPT as the third co-author.

Advanced AI has the potential to create strategies for businesses as they move into serving niche customer segments with an even higher degree of personalization and cheaper cost, Przegalinska says. In a research lab established by her at Kozminski University, versatile and more collaborative GPT-based bots are built.

In a video interview with Information Security Media Group, Przegalinska discusses:

  • Advancements in conversational AI;
  • Use cases and challenges of ChatGPT/GPT-3;
  • Future of AI and human-machine collaboration.

Przegalinska heads the human-machine interaction research center at Kozminski University, Poland. She also co-authored the book 'Collaborative Society' with Dariusz Jemielniak.
